Analyst I, Systems Operations

As a Systems Operations Analyst at our company, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the daily operations of multiple trading exchanges, including providing immediate assistance to ICE/NYSE exchanges, back office, support personnel, and IT staff. Your primary goal will be to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction and minimize the impact of IT-related issues. Please note that this position involves a 24x7 environment, which will require shift rotation and weekend work.
