Analyst Development - Mainframe

Your role will involve the following responsibilities: - Demonstrating extensive experience in Cobol, IMS, JCL, MQ Series, DB2, File Aid, Spufi, ISPF, MQ Series, and other utilities - Exhibiting strong analytical abilities - Understanding the financial and insurance industries, especially Group Benefits and Group Retirement Insurance - Developing, coding, testing, and debugging programs for medium to large IT Projects - Creating detailed design documents - Providing analysis, coding, testing, debugging, and documentation for managed applications - Sharing functional and technical knowledge with the team - Participating in post-implementation reviews to enhance learning - Understanding project requirements, participating in design, development, and testing - Demonstrating excellent communication skills - Prior client interaction experience preferred - Utilizing strong problem-solving and analytical capabilities - Ability to multitask and work under pressure Requirements: - BE, B. Tech., or MCA/MS (Comp Sc.) from a reputed institute - 3-5 years of experience in the mentioned technical areas and skills This position falls under the category of IT - Application Development.
