As a Power BI Developer, your role will involve working with stakeholders to identify and define self-service analytics solutions, dashboards, and actionable BI reports. You will be responsible for enterprise BI design, ensuring that designs are repeatable, lean, and maintainable across a large organization. Your strong understanding of data warehousing, data modeling, and data engineering best practices will be key to your success in this role. **Key Responsibilities:** - Lead the development, implementation, and maintenance of Power BI reports, dashboards, and analytical solutions. - Build and maintain complex data models, including data warehousing, DAX calculations, and optimized Power BI solutions. - Design and implement role-based security models and user access within Power BI to protect sensitive data. - Collaborate with data engineering teams to ensure high data quality and alignment with Power BI requirements. - Collaborate with data governance teams to implement consistent data definitions, naming conventions, and standards. - Work closely with stakeholders to translate business requirements into actionable Power BI solutions. - Manage a team of Power BI developers and analysts, providing guidance and promoting best practices. - Coordinate with cross-functional teams to align Power BI solutions with broader data initiatives. - Utilize agile methodologies to manage project workflows and ensure alignment with evolving business needs. **Qualifications Required:** - 5+ years of experience in Power BI development, data modeling, DAX, and Power Query. - Strong background in data analysis, SQL, data warehousing, and ETL processes. - Proficiency in DAX, M language, and data modeling principles. - Experience with RLS and deploying Power BI reports across multiple environments. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Strong problem-solving abilities and analytical mindset. - Experience managing and mentoring a team. - Ability to adapt to changing business needs and technologies. - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Business Analytics, or related field.
