Analyst, Credit Risk Management

In this role, you will join our risk strategy team to develop risk strategies for our lending business. Working in a dynamic setting alongside cross-functional teams, you will focus on managing risk effectively while supporting the growth of the business. Your responsibilities will include building risk strategies to combat fraud and credit risk, developing top-notch risk models, communicating findings to stakeholders clearly, overseeing portfolio risk, exploring new data sources for enhanced risk management, and collaborating with various teams to enhance anomaly detection capabilities. Additionally, you will work closely with the Product team to create products that effectively manage risk, assess solution effectiveness, and continuously improve upon them. The ideal candidate for this role should hold a BTech/ BE degree from Tier-I & II colleges, possess 1-2 years of experience in Risk Analytics, particularly in FinTechs, and be proficient in SQL, Python, and MS Excel. Experience with statistical modeling techniques such as Logistic Regression, Decision Trees, Gradient Boosting models is preferred. You should be agile, collaborative, and possess excellent communication skills, along with a strong analytical mindset and problem-solving abilities. Furthermore, you should excel in building and managing business alliances, be data-driven, and adept at aligning business needs with goals while thriving in a competitive, results-driven environment.
