Analyst, CBS HR Technology

As a member of the CBS HR Technology team at Colgate-Palmolive Company, you will play a crucial role in providing support for HR systems, including SuccessFactors and SAP HR. Your responsibilities will include responding to transaction requests, troubleshooting issues, and automating workflows to enhance efficiency within the Google Workspace environment using Google Apps Script and UiPath. You will be an individual contributor with expertise in automation tools, bridging the gap between business requirements and technical implementation. By aligning business processes with a focus on data confidentiality and security, you will ensure the smooth functioning of scripted solutions. To excel in this role, you must possess a Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field. Additionally, you should have proven experience in Google Apps Script and UiPath development, along with proficiency in scripting languages like JavaScript, HTML, and familiarity with REST APIs. Good communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential, as well as a willingness to learn new technologies and stay updated with the latest Google Workspace features.
