Analyst - Business Reporting

Key Responsibilities: - Conduct in-depth data analysis to support consulting projects and generate insights and recommendations based on data findings. - Prepare detailed reports and presentations for stakeholders. - Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards using Power BI. - Write and execute complex database queries to extract relevant data, optimizing queries for performance and efficiency, and troubleshoot and resolve issues related to database queries. - Work closely with consulting teams to understand their analytical needs. - Utilize and leverage tools for data visualization, reporting, analysis, etc. - Ensure the accuracy and reliability of data and reports by conducting regular quality checks and validation of analytical outputs. - Implement best practices for data governance and security. Qualifications Required: - 2-4 years of demonstrated experience creating dashboards, reports, semantic models using Power BI, and authoring measures using DAX. - Minimum 1 year hands-on experience in creating interactive dashboards using Power BI or similar tools. - Proficiency in writing and optimizing SQL queries to retrieve data from databases. - Minimum 1-year professional work experience in performing data analysis using Microsoft tools. - Familiarity with other data analysis tools like Python or R.
