Analyst - Business Reporting

You will be working at H.E. Services" vibrant tech center in Hyderabad, contributing to technology innovation for Holman Automotive, a leading American fleet management and automotive services company. The goal is to invest in people, processes, and facilities to support customers and develop new tech solutions. **Role Overview:** - Conduct in-depth data analysis to support consulting projects and generate insights and recommendations. - Prepare detailed reports and presentations for stakeholders. - Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards using Power BI. - Write and execute complex database queries, optimize queries for performance, and troubleshoot issues. - Collaborate with consulting teams to understand analytical needs and ensure data accuracy. - Implement best practices for data governance and security. **Key Responsibilities:** - 2-4 years of experience creating dashboards, reports, semantic models using Power BI and authoring measures using DAX. - Minimum 1 year hands-on experience in creating interactive dashboards using Power BI or similar tools. - Proficiency in writing and optimizing SQL queries. - Minimum 1-year professional work experience in data analysis using Microsoft tools. - Familiarity with data analysis tools like Python or R. **Qualifications Required:** - Creative problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively. - Self-motivated with excellent organizational skills. - Strong communication skills for presenting data analytic projects and writing technical requirements. - Ability to influence and negotiate with stakeholders at various levels. - Bachelor's Degree in a Science background.
