Analyst Bonds Settlement

Role Overview: As the incumbent of this role, you will be responsible for performing fixed income settlements (Fails management, Prematching, and reconciliation) for mature and complex markets in a timely manner to ensure all SLAs are met. Your positive attitude, good communication skills, eagerness to learn, and ability to take ownership will be essential in this role. You will work closely with FO/MO and other stakeholders, adhere to market-specific deadlines, keep up to date with market rule changes, and ensure standard operating procedures are current. Additionally, you will play an active role in identifying and implementing process improvements and monitoring your performance through regular check-ins with team leaders. Key Responsibilities: - Perform fixed income settlements for mature and complex markets - Adhere to market-specific deadlines - Keep abreast of market rule changes - Work closely with FO/MO and other stakeholders - Identify and implement process improvements - Monitor and track self-performance - Complete daily checklists in a timely manner - Ensure process documents are up to date - Deal with fluctuating volume effectively Qualifications Required: - Positive attitude and eagerness to learn - Good communication skills - Ability to take ownership - Knowledge of fixed income/equity trade settlements - Familiarity with ASIA and EMEA markets settlements - Experience in Middle Office/Back Office functions Company Additional Details: As part of Socit Gnrale, you will have the opportunity to contribute to shaping the future and drive change.
