Analyst - BLR (Night Shift)

Role Overview As an Analyst at Aarki, Inc., you will play a critical role in driving data-driven decision-making processes and optimizing advertising strategies. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to analyze large datasets, uncover actionable insights, and contribute to the continuous improvement of advertising campaigns. Your expertise in data analysis and effective communication of findings will be essential in shaping success. This role requires in-office presence and will be based in the Bengaluru office. Responsibilities - Run campaign optimization, data trend analysis, and missing opportunity analysis to identify areas of improvement and growth for assigned accounts. - Collaborate with key members of the Product, Data Science, Engineering, and Business Development teams by providing data-driven insights and recommendations. - Drive growth of the organization through analytical and business development projects. - Own analytics-related conversations with clients and drive success for the assigned accounts. Qualifications Required - At least 2 years of hands-on analytics experience in the programmatic media advertising/ad tech industry. - Graduate of Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, Computer Science, or any other analytical field. - Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment. - Experience using BI tools such as Tableau, Sisense, etc. - Foundational knowledge and experience using SQL, Python, R, and related data query tools.,
