Principal Purpose of Position: - Collaborate with project managers and architects on application design and development. - Evaluate business requirements and processes to provide accurate estimates for development efforts. - Interpret written business requirements and technical specification documents. - Code according to technical specifications and standards. - Investigate, analyze, and document reported defects. - Create, document, and implement unit test plans, scripts, and test harnesses. - Provide reasonable estimates for assigned tasks, work efforts, and projects. - Stay current with software development trends, suggest improvements, and implement IT-related best practices, processes, and systems. - Mentor less senior team members in technical aspects and interpersonal skills. - Offer guidance on new tools, technologies, and development approaches. - Perform additional duties as assigned. Education and / or Training: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Information Systems preferred. - .NET certification recommended. Must Have: - Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience with JavaScript and APIs. - Strong SQL skills (Oracle preferred but not required). - Experience in .Net / .Net Core. - Understanding of development lifecycle, SDLC processes, and guidelines. - Ability to work independently and efficiently in a diverse and fast-paced, team-oriented environment. - Demonstrated strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Desired Skills: - Experience developing applications using React or React JS is a plus. - Experience or knowledge in Azure is a plus. - .Net Certification.,
