To be successful in this role, you are required to have experience with information security programs, audits, SOX, and Controls testing. Additionally, you should possess a bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience, along with at least 2 years of experience in information security compliance. An advanced understanding of security and network concepts, motivation, reliability, commitment, solutions-focus, adaptability, and excellence-driven work ethic are essential qualities for this role. Preferred qualifications include IT security compliance experience in the retail industry, experience in a PCI/Retail technology environment, Big 4 internal or external audit experience, relevant information security certifications, understanding of internal security controls, risk assessment, vulnerability management, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills. The Senior Principal Electrical Engineer role requires conceptual and innovative thinking to develop creative solutions to electrical engineering challenges.
