Analog Validation Lead

At TI, you will be part of the High Voltage Controllers (HVC) team, focused on developing smart power controller products for high-voltage industrial and automotive applications. As a Validation Lead, you will have complete ownership of analog validation for TI's Digital Power Processor family and drive the team to create and implement optimized test/validation methods. You will be responsible for leading the end-to-end validation activities, ensuring product quality, and driving innovation within the team. - Take complete ownership of analog validation for TI's Digital Power Processor family - Lead and own end-to-end validation activities - Drive results against team commitments on throughput, product quality, validation, characterization, and release to market - Create and implement highly optimized test/validation methods - Lead complex design and system debugs - Track and document validation plans and reports - Maintain project schedules with related milestones - Drive innovation and process improvement within the team - Mentor junior engineers - Experience in complex SOC validation with integrated microprocessor is a big plus - Past experience as a technical lead - Ability to develop test plans based on customer use case scenarios and device architecture - Experience with IP validation and verification of high-speed ADC, DAC, PLL, and Analog frontends - Proficiency in complex chip bring-up in the lab - Familiarity with PCB design, layout, and BOM selection - Experience with lab equipment such as power-supply, function gen, multimeter, and scope - Proficiency in test case automation using Python or Perl - Ability to work with cross-functional teams including analog design, DV, and firmware experts,
