Analog Modeling, verification and characterization Senior Lead Engineer

As a Qualcomm Hardware Engineer at Qualcomm India Private Limited, your role will involve planning, designing, optimizing, verifying, and testing electronic systems. You will work on various systems such as circuits, mechanical systems, Digital/Analog/RF/optical systems, equipment and packaging, test systems, FPGA, and/or DSP systems to contribute to the development of cutting-edge, world-class products. Collaboration with cross-functional teams will be crucial to meet performance requirements and develop innovative solutions. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct E view modeling and Characterization for Verilog behavior modeling, timing lib modeling, and Power view modeling - Develop and verify mixed signal/analog IPs such as DDR-MSIP, DDRIOs, SERDES analog, ADC/DAC, PLLs, etc. - Proficiency in Verilog modeling and verification, including writing behavioral Verilog/Verilog MS/real models of analog blocks - Create and maintain self-checking Test-benches/Test-Plans for analog blocks - Develop SV modeling and testbench for verification against transistor level netlist - Utilize simulators like VCS, Silicon Smart, Hspice, Finesim, Nanosim, and Liberty format description - Basic skills in AMS verification and automation scripting with Tcl/Perl/Skill Scripting - Demonstrate self-motivation, teamwork, and strong communication skills Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical/Electronics Engineering, Engineering, or related field with 3+ years of Hardware Engineering or related work experience OR - Master's degree in Computer Science, Electrical/Electronics Engineering, Engineering, or related field with 2+ years of Hardware Engineering or related work experience OR - PhD in Computer Science, Electrical/Electronics Engineering, Engineering, or related field with 1+ year of Hardware Engineering or related work experience Qualcomm is an equal opportunity employer committed to providing accessible processes for individuals with disabilities.
