Key ResponsibilitiesGreet customers and assist them in selecting sweets, fruits, and dry-fruit products. Manage counter sales, handle billing, and operate POS/cash systems. Maintain proper product display, counter cleanliness, and shop hygiene. Weigh and pack sweets, snacks, and dry fruits as per customer requirements. Maintain stock levels and coordinate with the production/kitchen team. Handle customer queries politely and professionally. Ensure timely service during rush hours and festivals. Assist in packaging and delivery orders when required.
