Role Description This is a full-time role for a Home Sample Collection Phlebotomist. The Phlebotomist will be responsible for collecting blood samples, ensuring proper labeling and handling, maintaining sanitation procedures, and safely transporting samples to the laboratory. Additional duties include updating patient records, verifying patient information, and maintaining inventory of supplies. This is an on-site role located in Bengaluru South. Qualifications Experience in Blood Collection and Medical Assisting skills Knowledge of Medical Terminology and Medicine Proficiency in Laboratory Skills Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills Effective communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently Certification in phlebotomy or related field is preferred Prior experience in a clinical or diagnostic setting is a plus
