An US based MNC

Position: Manager Finance On behalf of our client, a US based MNC with around 25 years of presence in India, and a global leader in branded packaging, trim and supply chain solutions, we are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Finance professional to manage our finance function. The Manager Finance will be responsible for ensuring the financial health of the organization by managing the day-to-day activities related Finance, its processes and the members of the Finance team. This role requires in-depth financial acumen as well as hands-on financial and managerial experience to ensure seamless operation in the finance function. Key Responsibilities A. FINANCE 1. Effectively manage overall financial planning process. 2. Review and analyze the cash flow position and plan for future requirements as per business forecast. 3. Efficiently manage Trade Receivables and Payables. 4. Efficiently manage banking related work. 5. Manage payroll services for the company. 6. Manage salary budgets and monitor the processes, including monthly reconciliation of salaries. 7. Effectively manage all expenses in the company. B. ACCOUNTING 1. Well execution of the month-end accounts closing process. 2. Review costings and manage overall costing process. 3. Prepare, review and submit all the required financial reports to senior management. 4. Ensure well preparation of company budget reports and ensure the business operation is in line with set budgets. 5. Lead all related audits i.e. Statutory Audit etc. 6. Closely work with other relevant divisions in the company on all related matters. C. TAXATION 1. Review monthly taxation payment calculations and report. 2. Review yearly taxation payment calculation and report. 3. Ensure the completeness of supporting document for Monthly Tax report. 4. Lead Tax Audit and the whole process related to Tax Audit. Qualifications & Requirements * Minimum of 10 years' experience in Finance, with at least 5 years in a managerial role in a manufacturing environment. * Should be a CA/CMA and an MBA in Finance is preferred. * Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills. * Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, for reporting and analysis. * Hands on experience in SAP (B1/Hana). * Excellent command of English, both written and verbal, is essential for effective communication. * Must be based in or willing to relocate to Navi Mumbai. Responsibilities: * Lead financial strategy, planning & reporting to senior management; * Ensure compliance with tax laws; * Preparation of budgets & forecasts and ensuring strict adherence; * Manage cash flow, AR, AP & Payroll; * Efficiently managing banking related work; * Review product costings and manage overall costing process; * Collaborate with stakeholders on strategic planning * Lead various audits - statutory / tax etc; CTC range for the position - 18-22 lacs / annum (negotiable).
