• Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, and prototypes to effectively communicate design concepts and validate ideas with stakeholders and users.
• Develop high-fidelity visual designs that align with branding guidelines while ensuring an intuitive user experience.
• HTML/CSS Development: After wireframe and design approval, convert approved designs into functional HTML and CSS. Ensure that the code is clean, maintainable, and adheres to best practices.
• Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams including product managers, developers, and other designers to gather requirements and ensure design feasibility.
• Design Standards: Establish and maintain UI design patterns and style guides to ensure consistency across all digital products.
• Feedback and Iteration: Collect feedback from users and stakeholders, iterate on designs, and refine user interfaces to improve usability and overall user experience.

• Bachelor's / Master’s degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or a related field.
• 5-6 years of experience in UI/UX design for web or mobile applications.
• Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, or similar.
• Strong portfolio showcasing past UI/UX design projects, illustrating your design process and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience providing HTML and CSS coding after the approval of wireframes and designs.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to present and explain design concepts to non-designers.
