Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for an Area Sales Manager based in Kota. The Area Sales Manager will handle day-to-day tasks including developing sales strategies, managing sales teams, achieving sales targets, and building strong customer relationships. The individual will be expected to both work in-person and from home as necessary. Qualifications Strong sales, negotiation, and persuasive communication skills Excellent leadership, team management, and motivational abilities Proven ability to meet sales targets and deadlines Capability to conduct market research and analyze sales data Excellent written and verbal communication skills Basic knowledge of biotechnology and pharmaceuticals is an advantage Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field Previous experience in sales or sales management roles
