Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Human Resources Manager based in Chhatral. The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for overseeing HR functions including talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, and compliance with labor laws. Daily tasks include developing and implementing HR policies, conducting recruitment processes, managing employee onboarding, and fostering a positive work environment. Additionally, the HR Manager will handle administrative tasks related to employee records, benefits, and payroll coordination. Qualifications Experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, and performance management Strong knowledge of labor laws, HR policies, and compliance Excellent communication, interpersonal, and employee relations skills Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite Organizational and administrative skills Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field Ability to work effectively in an on-site team environment Previous experience in the pharmaceutical industry is a plus
