The Export Sales Executive is responsible for developing and managing international sales of new vehicles and automotive spare parts. This role focuses on identifying new markets, building relationships with overseas distributors, coordinating export documentation, and achieving sales targets while ensuring compliance with international trade regulations. Key Responsibilities Sales & Business Development Identify and develop new business opportunities in targeted international markets. Build and maintain strong relationships with foreign distributors, dealers, and fleet customers. Conduct market research to analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs. Prepare and present sales proposals, quotations, and commercial offers. Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and contract conditions in line with company guidelines. Order Management & CoordinationProcess customer orders for vehicles and spare parts accurately and efficiently. Liaise with production, logistics, and warehouse teams to ensure timely order fulfillment. Manage export documentation, including proforma invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin, and shipping instructions. Coordinate with freight forwarders, shipping lines, and customs brokers for proper handling of shipments. Customer SupportProvide pre-sales and after-sales support to international customers. Address customer inquiries, complaints, and technical issues in coordination with internal technical teams. Ensure high customer satisfaction through professional communication and service. Compliance & ReportingEnsure export activities comply with international trade regulations, Incoterms, customs laws, and internal company policies. Monitor accounts receivable and follow up on payments to reduce outstanding balances. Prepare periodic sales reports, forecasts, and market performance summaries for management.
