The HR Executive will be responsible for managing end-to-end HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, performance management, and compliance. Recruitment & Onboarding· Handle end-to-end recruitment for sales, pre-sales, telecalling, and operations roles. Source candidates through job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.), social media, and local networks. Conduct initial screening and schedule interviews with department heads. Prepare offer letters, appointment letters, and ensure smooth onboarding. Maintain recruitment MIS and track hiring timelines. 2. Employee Relations & Engagement· Maintain a positive work environment and employee morale across departments. Address grievances and ensure healthy communication channels within teams. 3. Attendance, Payroll & Compliance· Monitor attendance and leave management through HRMS. Coordinate with the finance department for salary processing. Key Skills Required:· Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Good understanding of real estate industry manpower requirements. Knowledge of HR software / Excel / Google Sheets. Basic knowledge of labour laws and statutory compliance Ability to multitask and work in a target-driven sales environment.
