Operation & Monitoring Start, operate, and shut down treatment systems as per SOP. Monitor plant parameters (flow, pressure, pH, ORP, TDS, turbidity, dissolved oxygen, temperature, etc.). Maintain proper chemical dosing levels. Record Keeping Maintain daily log sheets of plant readings. Record chemical consumption, water output, and operational hours. Report any deviations or abnormalities immediately to the supervisor. Preventive & Corrective Maintenance Carry out routine cleaning, lubrication, and backwashing as required. Assist in troubleshooting plant equipment issues. Replace consumables like filters, membranes, and oil where applicable. Safety & Compliance Follow safety protocols (PPE, lock-out/tag-out procedures). Handle chemicals safely and store them properly. Ensure compliance with statutory and environmental norms. Housekeeping Maintain cleanliness of the plant area. Prevent leakages and spillages.
