Develop and execute creative design concepts for various projects, including digital and print media, social media graphics, marketing materials, and branding initiatives. Collaborate with marketing, product, and content teams to create cohesive designs that reflect the company s vision and goals. Produce high-quality graphics and layouts while adhering to brand guidelines and project timelines. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, design tools, and technologies to ensure innovative and contemporary design practices. Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met and quality is maintained. Provide constructive feedback to junior designers and contribute to their development. Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute to creative strategy discussions. Qualifications: Bachelor s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field. 6+ years of experience in graphic design, preferably in a corporate or agency environment. Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant design tools. Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and layout principles. Experience with web design, motion graphics, and video editing is a plus. Excellent communication skills and the ability to articulate design concepts effectively.
