Job Title: Sales Executive (Female) – Work From Home Location: Hybrid (Work from Home + Report to Office Twice a Week) Job Type: Full-Time Experience: 2-3 years preferred Language: Excellent English communication required Job Description: We are looking for a target-oriented Female Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should be confident, self-motivated, and capable of handling client communication and lead conversions over the phone. You will be responsible for calling potential customers, following up on leads, closing deals, and coordinating with the in-office team twice a week for updates and reporting. Key Responsibilities: * Call and follow up with leads to convert them into customers. * Maintain and update lead information in CRM or tracking sheets. * Meet weekly and monthly sales targets. * Coordinate with the internal team for updates, client feedback, and reporting. * Attend office twice a week for team meetings and performance review. Requirements: * Female candidate with good English speaking and writing skills. * Proven experience in telesales, inside sales, or customer relationship roles. * Goal-driven with strong negotiation and closing skills. * Ability to work independently from home with discipline. * Basic computer knowledge (Excel, Google Sheets, CRM tools).
