It’s about building conversations, shaping narratives, and creating spaces where brands feel human. If you’re the kind of person who scrolls through Instagram, LinkedIn or Pinterest and thinks- this could be sharper, warmer, smarter — you’re already speaking our language. The Job Here’s what you’ll actually be doing: Creating social media strategies that bring brand stories to life Planning and managing content calendars across platforms Crafting campaign ideas that are both engaging and purposeful Working with our design, writing, and video teams to execute campaigns that feel on-brand and fresh Tracking performance and pulling insights — not just numbers, but stories about what’s working and why Staying on top of trends, formats, and cultural shifts, and experimenting with bold new ideas The Qualifications 2–3 years of experience in social media strategy or content marketing A portfolio, case studies, or examples of campaigns you’ve led or contributed to Strong understanding of platform behaviours (Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube Shorts, etc) Comfort with analytics tools, and the ability to turn data into action Clear communication and collaboration skills — you’ll be working hand-in-hand with creatives Clarity — we love people who can tell the difference between passing trend and strategy What you’ll get A salary of 20K-25K (depending on merit) Cool briefs to work on from the comfort of your own setup Half working days on Saturdays (till 2pm) All public holidays off, based on where you are An end-of-year bonus after completing a year with us A queer-friendly, inclusive environment where your ideas matter Get in Touch If this feels like your vibe, send us your CV/portfolio at contact@amistadcreative.com .
