Job Description

As a Sr. Developer at Amdocs, you will play a crucial role in the development, technical design, and support for all Amdocs modules catering to both B2B and B2C customers. Your expertise in Amdocs CRM, Amdocs Ordering, MEC/EPC, MCSS, SOM, ARM, Neo & AUA will be essential in delivering high-quality solutions for telecom service providers. Key Responsibilities: - Implementation and customization of customer management workflows and agent desktop features - Ordering workflows - Catalogue configuration & Integration - Participate in requirement analysis, design reviews, development, testing, deployment, and production support - Collaborate with cross-functional teams including business analysts, architects, testers, and dev-ops - Support ongoing maintenance, performance tuning, and defect resolution Qualifications: - 3 to 15 years of experience in solution development, support, or implementation of Amdocs systems - Location: Pune/Hyderabad Amdocs is looking for professionals with expertise in Amdocs modules and experience in solution development, support, or implementation.
