Well secured & well maintained IT park

Good n comfortable place to work. But there are no comfortable residential places available to stay working people. I've seen some hostels near by, but they are not even comfortable to stay. But the cost/fee is very high.

À decent one for the place allotted for this IT park... Prime location for public transport, Ambattur Estate bus depot is at walkable distance... Food court accessibility to all... Street food availability during late hours too near the premises

Worst IT park with stupid rules. Food not allowed in lift. Doubles not allowed in bike. Can’t sit anywhere.

IT park only for BPO services, 24/7 we can see employees working here. 3 PM briyani is popular here. Just tries 4 to 5 times really good taste

Nice building with full safety. For bike and car parking we need to get company access if not we need to pay ₹50 per hour for car.
