Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a PEB Project in construction at Ambient Controls Pvt Ltd located in Bengaluru. The role involves handling daily tasks associated with managing PEB (Pre-Engineered Building) projects. Responsibilities include budgeting, overseeing construction activities, coordinating with architects and other professionals, inspecting project sites, and ensuring compliance with the project plans. The role also requires the use of Microsoft Office for documentation and reporting. Qualifications Experience in Budgeting and Construction management skills Knowledge and experience in Architecture and Inspection Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Excellent organizational and time-management skills Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work on-site and manage large-scale projects effectively Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field is preferred
