Job Summary: We are looking for an efficient and proactive Executive Assistant to support our Director. In this role, you will manage the Director’s calendar, organize meetings, coordinate with external parties such as banks and vendors, and provide overall administrative support. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, organized, and able to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism and discretion. Key Responsibilities: Calendar & Appointment Management: Schedule and manage the Director's calendar, prioritize appointments, and ensure timely preparation for meetings. Administrative Support: Assist with daily operations, including email and phone correspondence, document preparation, and report compilation. Meeting Coordination: Organize and facilitate internal and external meetings, arrange logistics, take minutes, and ensure follow-ups. External Liaison: Serve as the point of contact for banks, vendors, and external organizations, ensuring effective communication. Travel Arrangements: Plan and book travel for the Director, including flights, accommodation, and detailed itineraries. Confidentiality: Handle sensitive information with a high level of discretion and professionalism. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree Strong organizational, time-management, and multitasking skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English & Malayalam). Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
