The Merchandiser will be responsible for managing product displays, ensuring stock availability, maintaining product quality and presentation, and implementing merchandising plans. Responsibilities also include coordinating with store management and suppliers, analyzing sales trends, and ensuring that customer needs and sales goals are met efficiently. Qualifications Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with clients, suppliers, and team members Experience in Sales and Retail to implement merchandising strategies and analyze sales performance Knowledge of Marketing practices to ensure alignment with promotional initiatives Ability to work in a team-oriented environment with excellent time management and organizational skills Relevant education or certification in retail, business, or a related field is a plus
