Required Technical Skill Set:

AWS and Azure Cloud Operation, Landingzone, IaC (terraform / Cloud formation), Control Tower, OU, System manager, Direct Connect, SCP, Guardrails, VPC, Networking, Cloud Formation, Security HUB, IAM, SSO, Cloudwatch, Permission set, Golden image, EC2, S3.

Must-Have:

1. Experience in AWS and Azure cloud operations
2. Experience in setup, configuration, integration of Landing zone, Control tower
3. Knowledge of IaC (terraform / Cloud formation or both)
4. Knowledge of SecurityHUB configuration, findings remediation and best practices
5. Cloudwatch Alarm, Dashboard, Monitoring implementation, Cloudformation, Automation, Scripting (bash)
6. Hub and spoke architecture, centralized backup and patch management, SCP, Config, Guardrails implementations understanding, Direct connect, VPC, Security Group, NACL, S3, Bucket policy, KMS, Encryption understanding
7. IAM Identity Manager (SSO), IAM roles, policy, users, group management.

Role & responsibilities:

1. Represent technical expertise and work with customer and operations teams
2. Exhibit Technical expertise in AWS / Azure cloud operations and automation and continues improvement as per above listed competencies
3. Enforcement of customer standards, Security configuration & best practices across landing zone setup, configuration, integration
4. Participate in new deployments, installations, upgrades and any other related requirement with customer
5. Ensure applications Incident / Release / Change / Problem Management understanding and exhibit as per customer requirement
6. Flexible to work in 24x7 rotational support, shift management, liaison with customer for technical discussions, cross skilling for other technologies.
