Job Description: You are a talented Photographer & Videographer with a minimum of 2 years of professional experience who will be responsible for capturing high-quality photos and videos, creating engaging visual content, and performing advanced editing for various digital platforms. Key Responsibilities: - Capture high-quality photos for events, products, portraits, branding shoots, social media, and marketing. - Conduct indoor and outdoor shoots as required. - Perform advanced photo editing including color grading, retouching, background correction, and image enhancement. - Maintain consistent visual style according to brand guidelines. Videography: - Shoot videos for events, marketing campaigns, social media content, reels, advertisements, and corporate needs. - Operate camera equipment confidently in indoor/outdoor setups. - Capture cinematic B-roll, interviews, product videos, and promotional content. Editing (Important Requirement): - Edit photos using software like Photoshop, Lightroom, or equivalent. - Edit videos using Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or similar tools. - Add transitions, effects, background music, color grading, subtitles, and animations. - Prepare videos in different formats for Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, and websites. - Deliver final outputs within deadlines and ensure high production quality. Qualifications Required: - Minimum 2 years professional experience in photography & videography. - Strong command of editing software for both photo & video. - Good understanding of lighting, framing, composition, and color theory. - Ability to work independently and meet deadlines. - Creativity, attention to detail, and storytelling ability. Additional Preferred Skills: - Experience creating reels and short-form content. - Knowledge of social media content trends. - Ability to plan shoot concepts and mood boards.,
