Key Responsibilities: Lead a team of .NET developers in delivering scalable and secure applications. Collaborate with business analysts, architects, and stakeholders to gather requirements and design solutions. Provide technical guidance, mentoring, and code reviews to ensure best practices and coding standards are followed. Drive the implementation of .NET Core, C#, ASP.NET MVC/Web API, Entity Framework, and Microservices -based architectures. Oversee integration with databases (SQL Server/Oracle) and third-party services. Ensure performance optimization, scalability, and application security. Manage sprint planning, task assignments, and project delivery timelines. Stay updated with emerging .NET and cloud technologies, and suggest improvements. Troubleshoot and resolve technical challenges across development and production environments. Work closely with DevOps for CI/CD pipelines, version control, and deployments. Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelors/Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. 7+ years of experience in software development, with at least 2+ years in a lead role . Expertise in .NET Core, ASP.NET MVC, Web API, C#, LINQ, Entity Framework . Strong knowledge of Microservices, REST APIs, and cloud platforms (Azure/AWS) . Proficiency in SQL Server (queries, stored procedures, optimization). Experience with JavaScript/TypeScript, Angular/React is a plus. Familiarity with Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban). Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines, Git, Azure DevOps/Jenkins . Strong problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills. Good to Have: Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, and containerized deployments . Exposure to message queues (RabbitMQ, Kafka, Azure Service Bus) . Experience in unit testing frameworks (xUnit, NUnit, MSTest) . Prior experience working on enterprise-scale applications .
