Role & responsibilities Identify and convert potential clients for our real estate projects. Conduct cold calls to prospective buyers and investors to generate interest in our real estate projects. Develop and execute marketing campaigns to generate quality leads. Maintain strong client relationships and ensure high customer satisfaction. Maintain detailed records of leads, follow-ups, and conversions in the CRM. Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets. Preferred candidate profile Proven experience (3-5 years) in sales & marketing, preferably in real estate Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong market knowledge and networking skills Excellent verbal and written communication in English, Hindi, and local language Telugu/Tamil.
