Role Overview We are seeking an ERPNext/Frappe Developer with a deep understanding of the Frappe Framework and ERPNext architecture — someone who can go beyond standard configurations to build, customize, and optimize ERP solutions that align precisely with business needs. The ideal candidate must have strong expertise in customizing both ERPNext modules and the underlying Frappe Framework. This includes modifying existing workflows, creating new ones, developing custom applications, and extending core framework components to meet specific operational requirements. The role demands proficiency across backed logic, client-side scripting, and system architecture to deliver scalable, maintainable, and business-driven ERP solutions. Responsibilities · Customize and configure ERPNext modules using Frappe Framework. · Build custom modules, reports, and server-side/client-side scripts. · Integrate ERPNext with external services and platforms via REST APIs and web-hooks. · Troubleshoot and resolve issues with an investigative mindset. · Collaborate with functional consultants to build tailored solutions. · Write clean, modular, and maintainable code. · Contribute to discussions, code reviews, and architecture planning. Ideal Candidate · 2+ years of professional experience with ERPNext and Frappe. · Proficient in Python and JavaScript. · Comfortable working with REST APIs and third-party integrations. · Strong debugging and problem-solving skills — you love asking why. · Familiar with ERPNext internals: DocTypes, roles/permissions, workflows. · Experienced with Git and version control best practices. · A clear communicator who’s proactive, collaborative, and curious.
