We are seeking a results-driven B2B Sales Representative with experience or interest in the Packaging Ink Industry to drive business growth through strategic sales and customer relationship management. The ideal candidate will identify new business opportunities, manage key accounts, and promote our specialized ink solutions tailored for packaging applications (flexographic, gravure, offset, digital, etc.). Key Responsibilities: Business Development: Identify and pursue new B2B sales opportunities in the packaging and printing sectors. Client Relationship Management: Build long-term relationships with converters, printers, packaging manufacturers, and other stakeholders. Sales Strategy: Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets in assigned territories. Product Promotion: Present technical and value-based benefits of our packaging inks to potential and existing clients. Market Intelligence: Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to refine sales approaches and recommend product improvements. Technical Coordination: Work closely with R&D and technical service teams to ensure successful product trials, onboarding, and after-sales support. CRM Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records, sales activities, and pipeline forecasts using CRM tools. Reporting: Prepare regular reports on sales performance, forecasts, and market insights. Qualification: Any graduate will be suitable for position, who having experience packaging ink industries. Additional Benefits : Marketing expenses will be reimburse. On target achieved 5000 incentive will be provided excluding salary technical training, supporting work culture will be provided.
