Worst Customer service ever , ordered 3 jar of Desi ghee one month ago , compliant through Email and whatsapp but no response from there end , neither Goods are delivered nor did I received refund .

I remitted Rs.580/- on 15/10/2021. Neither it is acknowledged nor delivered to me so far. Complained thru' chat and email. No response yet. I am going to take up further. Thru' this forum, I would request them to refund my money.
