Oversee daily production operations across machines Ensure production plans, output targets, and shift schedules are met. Monitor machine performance, process parameters, and troubleshoot line issues. Coordinate changeovers, job setups, and ensure minimum downtime. Ensure products meet quality specs Conduct in-process checks and follow QC protocols. Deploy operators/helpers efficiently across machines. Ensure discipline, attendance, and shift handover reports. Train operators on SOPs, safety, and best practices. Enforce all safety procedures and PPE usage. Report incidents, near misses, and ensure corrective actions. Maintain clean, organized production floor (5S compliance).
