• Graduate with Min. 7+ years of experience in US healthcare, specific to Medical Billing is mandatory. • More than 2+ year of experience as TL/ Sr. TL • Strong Knowledge of U.S. Healthcare Billing • Excellent spoken and written communication skills. • Should have good experience in Team management. • Should have experience in preparing KPI reports and interacting clients
Key Responsibilities: •
Manage the Medical Biiling team. Maintain compliance with HIPAA, Medicare, Medicaid, and payer regulations. • Leading and developing a team to ensure departmental delivery of results by providing motivation, engagement, coaching, support and clear direction via respective functional Team Leaders Design and implement continues improvement projects. • Drive innovative ideas from the team, validate feasibility and implementation of projects • Stay updated with payer policies, CMS changes, and industry regulations.
