What We're Looking For: - 5 to 10 years in software dev & architecture. - Strong hands-on with DSA. - Expertise in Python backend frameworks (Django, Flask, FastAPI). - Proven leadership - leading & mentoring teams. - Bonus points for knowledge in Ruby on Rails, PHP, JavaScript. - Git - Jenkins - CI/CD - Comfortable in Linux/UNIX environments. - Killer communication + problem-solving skills.
