We’re now expanding across Maharashtra through our Taluka-wise Dealership Network — and we’re looking for driven interns to help us build it. 💼 What You’ll Do Reach out to dealership leads via calls and WhatsApp. Explain the Always Organik dealership model and its benefits. Convince interested prospects to visit our Nashik HQ. Manage communication and support for the dealers you onboard. Track progress, maintain dealer records, and report weekly updates. 🧠 What You’ll Learn Real-world distribution & supply chain building from scratch. B2B sales communication and negotiation. How a D2C brand expands into traditional retail networks. 💰 Compensation ₹2,500 for every dealer successfully onboarded. 3–5% commission on bulk orders placed by dealers you manage. Top performers may be offered a long-term role with Always Organik. 🌱 Who Should Apply Students or recent grads. Great communication skills (Hindi/Marathi/English).
