Aluminum Die Casting Engineer

High-quality Gravity Die Casting (GDC) foundry focused on non-ferrous metals like brass, bronze, and aluminium . We are looking for an experienced person who can run the full GDC process . You will lead operations. Knowledge of HPDC (High Pressure Die Casting) also needed. Responsibilities: Manage daily GDC production (brass, bronze, aluminium) Operate and troubleshoot GDC machines (tilt pour preferred) Handle furnace operations, melting, pouring, and cooling Control casting quality – surface finish, defects, and porosity Guide die preparation, coating, and maintenance Maintain correct pouring temperatures and cycle times Use degassing and fluxing methods as needed Train and lead team operators Suggest improvements in process, layout, or productivity Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹90,000.00 per month Benefits: Health insurance Life insurance Provident Fund Schedule: Day shift Morning shift Application Question(s): How many years of experience in Die Casting Field?
