Operations Manager, Windows and Glass Factory We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations of our windows and glass manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate will be a hands-on leader who can manage all aspects of the factory floor, from raw material intake to the final quality inspection of finished products. Key Responsibilities: * Oversee daily factory operations to ensure production goals are met efficiently and safely. * Manage the supply chain for raw materials, including receiving, quality checks, and inventory management. * Implement and enforce strict quality control standards for all finished goods to ensure they meet company and industry specifications. * Coordinate with production teams to optimize workflows and troubleshoot any operational issues. * Maintain a safe working environment by adhering to and enforcing all safety protocols and regulations. * Analyze production data to identify areas for improvement and implement efficiency-boosting strategies. * Manage and train factory staff, ensuring they have the skills and resources needed to perform their jobs effectively. Qualifications: * Proven experience in an operations management role within a manufacturing or factory setting. * Strong understanding of quality control processes, supply chain management, and production optimization. * Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities. * Experience in the windows, glass, or a related building materials industry is a plus.
