As a Customer Service Executive (Outbound Voice) at Altruist Customer Management India Private Limited in Pune, you will play a crucial role in engaging with customers over the phone. Your primary responsibility will be to communicate effectively with customers, promote financial products, and deliver exceptional service. To excel in this role, you should possess 6 months to 12 months of experience, preferably in selling financial products. Additionally, a basic graduation degree, 12th pass certificate, or diploma will be considered for qualification. Proficiency in English, Hindi, and Marathi is required, and knowledge of regional languages such as Telugu and Tamil will be an added advantage. Your tasks will involve reviewing resumes and applications, conducting recruitment interviews, and collaborating with recruitment agencies to source candidates. You will also coordinate with consultants and schedule appointments with the management team. Furthermore, you will be responsible for conducting initial telephonic interviews to shortlist candidates for further rounds of interviews. The working hours for this full-time position are in the general shift from 9:00 am to 06:00 pm, Monday to Saturday. The compensation package offered includes a salary ranging from Rs. 12000 to Rs. 15000 per month along with attractive incentives.
