Title: AI / ML Engineer – (Conversational AI) Notice: Immediate Joiner Experience: 3+ Location: Delhi NCR (Work from Office) Role Summary We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated AI/ML Engineer to be the cornerstone of our conversational AI efforts. You will be responsible for the end-to-end development, implementation, and optimisation of our speech-to-speech conversational platform. This role requires a strong background in machine learning, natural language processing (NLP), and a passion for building robust, human-like voice interfaces. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and deploy the core conversational AI logic using Google Gemini API and Dialogflow CX. Integrate and optimise our system with the Vonage Voice API via WebSockets for real-time audio streaming. Develop and fine-tune Speech-to-Text (STT) and Text-to-Speech (TTS) models to support a range of languages, including English (US & UK), Hindi, Spanish, French, Tagalog, Nigerian English, and Arabic. Implement and manage webhook functionality to connect our conversational AI to backend services, including the Amadeus GDS and our custom CRM. Collaborate with the backend engineering team to ensure seamless data flow and integration across all components. Conduct continuous testing, analysis, and refinement of conversational flows to improve accuracy, efficiency, and user experience. Ensure all data processing and handling of conversational data (transcriptions, logs) are compliant with GDPR and other relevant regulations. Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in conversational AI and machine learning to drive innovation within the project. Required Skills & Qualifications Proven experience as an AI/ML Engineer, specifically in developing and deploying conversational AI applications. Expertise in Google Cloud services, particularly Google Gemini API, Dialogflow CX, and Google Cloud Speech-to-Text and Text-to-Speech APIs. Strong programming skills in Python. Hands-on experience with real-time communication protocols, such as WebSockets. Solid understanding of microservices architecture and REST APIs. Knowledge of NLP, natural language understanding (NLU), and dialogue management. Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., Google Cloud Platform) and CI/CD pipelines. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication and collaboration skills to interact with cross-functional teams. Nice-to-Have Skills Experience with the Vonage Voice API or other similar telephony platforms. Knowledge of the airline industry or Global Distribution Systems (GDS) like Amadeus.
