Reconcile accounts payable and receivable and provide weekly updates. Maintain and organize GST, TDS, and compliance documentation; coordinate with Chartered Accountant for filings. Track project-wise and product-wise expenses and share reports with management. Handle vendor payments, reimbursements, and banking documentation as required. Assist in payroll processing and reimbursements for team members Support audit preparation and documentation during financial reviews Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Commerce, or related field. 2–5 years of relevant experience in accounting/bookkeeping. Proficiency in accounting software (Zoho Books, QuickBooks). Familiarity with GST, TDS, and compliance processes. Strong organizational and communication skills. Ability to work independently, remotely, maintain confidentiality, and adapt to flexible schedules.
