Roles and Responsibilities: Deliver scalable, low latency, and cost-efficient solutions to clients. Take ownership of designing and architecting complex modules and systems ensuring scalability, security, and maintainability. Be a part of conversations with experts from the industry and implement innovative solutions based on business needs. Test completed tasks in ongoing projects as a practice, participate in peer reviews and ensure the software is working before delivering it to the clients. Establish and maintain code quality as per the needs of the customers and standards in assigned projects. Contribute actively to setting and enforcing engineering standards across the codebase and deployment pipelines Implement and support compliance necessary for the software. Qualifications: 5-8 years of prior experience with hands-on programming preferably as a frontend and Backend Engineer with a strong focus on database optimization. Proven experience in microservices architecture, event-driven systems, and designing APIs. Demonstrated experience in leading engineering projects end-to-end, including stakeholder management. Advanced knowledge of Python and system-level design, with strong debugging and profiling skills. Expert knowledge of PostgreSQL or any other NoSQL DB and Distributed SQL Databases for scalable, high-availability database solutions. Cassandra for highly scalable NoSQL databases with distributed architecture. Expertise with Python, Django, and data structures and algorithms. Excellent knowledge of JavaScript, and ReactJS. Ability to design for scale and performance, and to do peer code reviews. A deep understanding of cloud infrastructure (Azure), and Kubernetes for container orchestration and managing microservices at scale. Knative for building, deploying, and managing serverless workloads on Kubernetes. Familiarity with the Pharma/Supply Chain or packaging industry is a plus.
