To drive sales growth and build strong client relationships by providing expert technical solutions for CNC, Swiss type, and sliding head machines within the assigned territories of Tamil Nadu (Chennai) and Maharashtra & Gujarat (Pune). Key Responsibilities: Develop and nurture strong relationships with clients in the assigned region to foster long-term partnerships. Understand customers technical requirements in-depth and recommend appropriate product solutions that best fit their needs. Work closely with internal technical and product teams to design and deliver tailored solutions. Prepare and conduct technical presentations, product demonstrations, and training sessions for potential and existing clients. Achieve sales targets and contribute to revenue growth within the assigned territories. Oversee and manage all sales and customer-related activities in the assigned geographical areas: Chennai-based candidate: responsible for Tamil Nadu operations. Pune-based candidate: responsible for Maharashtra and Gujarat operations. Key Skills & Competencies: Strong technical knowledge of CNC, Swiss type, and sliding head machines. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Proven sales track record in industrial or machine tool sales. Ability to understand complex technical requirements and translate them into viable solutions. Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
