Alteryx Developer Finance & Accounting Location: Bangalore About Accounting Services: Accounting Services delivers competitive shared service solutions in Finance Administration, Automation, and Analytics. With over 700 employees across Sweden, Poland, and India, we are committed to driving innovation and excellence. We are now looking for an Alteryx Developer to further strengthen our Bangalore team. Role Overview: We are looking for a skilled Alteryx Developer with a strong background in the nance and accounting domain. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of hands-on experience working with Alteryx, SAP, MS SQL Server, DVW Alteryx Connectors, and Oice 365. You will be responsible for developing data workows, automating nance processes, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver eicient and scalable data solutions. You will work on both short-term and long-term assignments and projects, contributing to digital transformation in a global environment. Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and maintain Alteryx workows for nancial data processing and reporting. Extract data from SAP systems using DVW Alteryx Connectors and other integration tools. Perform ETL operations using Alteryx and manage datasets within MS SQL Server. Automate nance/accounting processes, including reconciliation, reporting, and data validations. Collaborate with nance stakeholders to understand data requirements and deliver actionable insights. Create and maintain documentation for workows, processes, and data pipelines. Independently manage assigned tasks and ensure timely delivery. Handle production issues eiciently using strong time management and communication skills. Required Skills & Experience: Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience with Alteryx Designer, including data blending, cleansing, transformation, and automation. Strong knowledge of nance and accounting principles, especially around general ledger, accounts payable/receivable, and nancial reporting. Experience integrating SAP with Alteryx, preferably using DVW Alteryx Connectors or similar SAP data extraction tools. Prociency in SQL and experience working with MS SQL Server (writing queries, stored procedures, and managing large datasets). Ability to create scalable and modular Alteryx workows, with error handling, scheduling, and performance optimization. Comfortable working with large, complex datasets and conducting data quality checks, validations, and reconciliations. Experience with Oice 365 tools like Excel (advanced functions, Power Query), Outlook (workow integration), and SharePoint (data/report storage). ¢ ¢ Knowledge of ETL best practices and data governance (lineage, cataloguing, documentation). Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to translate business needs into automated data solutions. Good communication skills for collaborating with nance teams, understanding requirements, and presenting insights or workow logic. ¢ Ability to work in Agile/Scrum environments and manage multiple tasks with minimal supervision. Preferred Qualications: ¢ ¢ ¢ Alteryx Core/Advanced Certication. Familiarity with Power BI or Tableau for data visualization. Experience in process automation within nance operations.
