Alteryx Application Support

As an Alteryx Application Support specialist with 3+ years of experience in Banking domain, your primary role will involve managing Alteryx Server / Gallery on Linux. This includes setting up workflows, scheduling tasks, and monitoring the system. You will be responsible for handling server management tasks, deploying code, and patching application server versions. Troubleshooting Alteryx job failures and workflow errors will be a key part of your job. Additionally, you will need to focus on performance tuning and optimization of Alteryx workflows and servers. Writing and executing SQL queries for issue analysis and troubleshooting will also be part of your responsibilities. Providing application support to Alteryx users in the production environment and working with ticketing systems such as ServiceNow, JIRA, and Remedy for incident/change management will be crucial for success in this role.
